Our Story

Founded in 1955 and established at our Meadows venue in 1968, VH Deli is regarded by many as an Edinburgh institution.

Having grown in recent years to include a City Centre and waterside venue at The Shore, and with our at times slightly crazed, busy atmosphere, VH Deli has always been and remains a unique local Edinburgh venue to enjoy over a coffee.

In 2025, we proudly introduced our corporate catering offering, bringing our renowned deli experience to workplaces across Edinburgh!
